Get wise

The year 8's went to get wise with Jeremy. We were told how to save, earn and gain money. We could save and gain more money from the bank. How? If your money stays in the bank, you will gain interest which means each year you will get some more money. You can gain money from doing chores, neighborhood jobs and sell & trade like trade me, you have to be an adult to have a trade me account though but you can get money by selling drinks like lemonade.

We were also told about crossroads, you are always given an option for the easy road, or the hard road. The easy road is where you can just fit in with everybody so usually bad things will happen less. The harder road usually ends up with arguments and all those types of things while it can be more rewarding than the easy.

We were also told about Spend some on you, save some too. Another one is Be the best you can be (I think it goes like that) if you try to be the best you can be, you will get a better life and you will help your parents because they don't want you to end up the way they did in their youth or they just want you to have a successful life. Speed to your needs and wait for your wants quite easy to figure out, get what you need first: Shelter, food, water and warmth. Wait for your wants: TV, play station, computer, etc.
