Activity 1:
For all Olympic opening and closing ceremonies, the athletes from each
country must wear a special uniform. The uniforms change each year. Look
at the 3 pictures posted below. They are pictures of the uniforms that
our New Zealand Olympic teams wore in 2012, 2008 and 2004. For this
activity, you are asked to rank the uniforms from best (#1) to worst
(#3). On your blog post your rankings and provide a brief explanation of
why you ranked the uniforms in that order.
I would rank the uniforms #1 2012 #2 2004 #3 2008.
I chose 2012 as 1st because it has the NZ and Olympic symbols on it.
2004 as 2nd since it has the colors and the symbol of NZ.
2008 as 3rd since it has the NZ symbol but some of it's colors don't relate to NZ.

It is great to see that you are posting blogs and comments. Well done! I really enjoyed reading this post about your thoughts on the NZ uniforms over the years. I found it interesting to read that you liked the 2008 uniform least because the colours weren't all colours of New Zealand. You are the first person to point this out! In your opinion, what would have been a better choice to colour for the 2008 uniform? I'd love to know what you think...
