Smart searching with Mrs Ogilvie
Today on Thursday we were taught by Mrs Ogilvie about smart searching. Some of us went to our PBS library to learn from her while the rest stayed in LS2. I was one of those who went, she taught us about smart searching by giving us advice about key words which can help getting the results we wanted. She also told us about some sites that are reliable like Epic which led to kids info bits and Britannica School. We then had to teach someone who didn't come to the library about what Mrs Ogilvie taught us

We had some awesome learning in this session Harry! The sites Mrs Ogilvie showed us had so much information. Remember to use the hints about key words that she shared with us when you are searching for information :)
Glad to hear you found learning about keywords useful! Enjoy using the databases for your searching :-)
Hi there Harry, Great to see you are enjoying the lesson and having fun. Make sure you are using the information that you have got and use them in your learning.
