Cross Country

For Cross Country we were working on our endurance. We did some warm ups first where we had to put our leg behind our back, stretching our legs, hands on toes and shaking our legs. Then we had to run 5 laps around the school. We were working on our breathing: breathe in with your nose, hold it for a while and breathe out with your mouth. I tried hard to think about my pace and by doing that I was also able to make improvements in my breathing.
