Run, Jump, Throw

This is a image of Run, Jump, Throw with Andy. We played octopus, did some sprinting and we did revisions. We reviewed cheek to cheek (face cheeks and butt cheeks), high knees, looking ahead, light feet and straight body. Then we did hurdles the rule was: if we don't put two feet between the hurdles, we have to do it again.
